Participation Grants for INPP 2026

INPP 2026 strongly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in this congress. As the core of INPP2026 lies in connection, dialogue, and meeting one another, we feel it is essential that colleagues from all parts of the world with different roles and expertise can be present.

PAOS Grant

We are therefore very pleased that a grant has been awarded by PAOS, making it possible for participants from the countries listed below to attend INPP 2026 with financial support. This support may consist of a partial or full contribution towards travel and accommodation costs.

If you wish to apply, please first check whether your country is included in the list of eligible countries (based on the OESO-DAC of the Worldbank). If so, you can then submit your application by emailing info@inpp2026.com with a brief explanation including:

  • your professional role or position
  • why you would like to attend INPP 2026
  • an estimate of your expected travel costs

Applications can be submitted until 1 June 2026. Applicants will be informed of the outcome before 1 August 2026, including whether a partial or full contribution can be granted and how the further process will be handled.

Experts-by-experience grant

To encourage and facilitate experts-by-experience to attend INPP 2026, we have a limited budget available (a research project on experiential knowledge in mental health care, funded by NWO) to provide financial support to this group. If you are an expert-by-experience who is keen on attending but lack the financial means to do so we’d like to hear from you!

How to apply

Please send an email addressed to Roy Dings via info@inpp2026.com with:

  • A brief professional background (your training, current role as an expert-by-experience, and main responsibilities) maximum 400 characters
  • A short motivation explaining why you’d like to attend INPP 2026 and your interest in philosophy in healthcare maximum 300 characters

Deadline: August 15th 2026

We will inform applicants of the outcome by 1 September 2026, including whether we can offer full or partial support.
