Day 1 fully booked. Unfortunately it is not possible anymore to register for participation on Thursday, but you can still register for day 2 (Friday). Would you also like to attend day 1? Mention this in the order notes when you register. If a place becomes available, we will contact you.

Fees are VAT-exempted (CRKBO).

* pdb/AMS: these registration fees apply to those with a professional development (training) budget / AMS fund (Dutch professional development fund for employed medical specialists).

Payment

You may choose to pay via iDEAL, credit card or by bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer are subject to an administration fee of €15 and a payment term of up to 21 days. If the payment term is exceeded, a surcharge of €45 will apply. All payments need to be completed before the conference starts.

Cancellation

Should you be scheduled to give a presentation, we kindly ask you to mention this in your email including the session date, name and abstract number.

Should you need to cancel your registration within the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you can notify us by email. Upon receipt of your email, we will refund the amount paid, minus €15 in administration costs. After this cancellation period, or once the conference has started, the full fee will be due and no refund will be issued. You may also, at any time, send us a request for a name change so a colleague can take your place.

Wiegerinck has been appointed by the organisers, Dimence Groep, to assist with the registration process. Therefore, Wiegerinck’s name may appear on the invoice or in the payment reference for bank transfers.
